Biotopia is a creative learning trajectory where art, science, and sustainability meet. It is organized by Mattie (mycologist) and Elisabeth (bio-engineer). Together, they invite participants on a journey through biomaterials that are not only innovative and beautiful, but also offer alternatives to conventional materials.
At the end of the series, all the results will be presented during a joint exhibition. The presentation depends entirely on the participants: an installation with grown mycelium, a series of bioplastic sculptures, a garment made of kombucha leather, or even an audiovisual work that documents the production process. Anything is possible ;)
The presentation will take at PARCE from 7 March to 25 April 2026.
