Making Colombian "Pan de Yuca"
Pan de yuca (Spanish for Cassava bread) is a type of bread made of cassava starch and cheese typical of Colombia, originating from the Saliba tribe.
In this workshop you will learn how to make the original Colombian pan de yuca. This bread is ranked second best in the world!

What to bring? No need to bring anything! We provide all the materials you need. During the workshop we offer coffee or indigenous hot chocolate, wine and non alcohol drinks.
