Making Colombian "Pan de Yuca"
Pan de yuca (Spanish for Cassava bread) is a type of bread made of cassava starch and cheese typical of Colombia, originating from the Saliba tribe.
In this workshop you will learn how to make the original Colombian pan de yuca.
